The Marketplace allows local vendors to sell their products through our platform, helping to promote commerce in our village.
- Being a Company or Sole Proprietor: To register as a seller, you must be a legally constituted entity or a business owner with an open business activity.
- Shipping directly to the end customer: Sellers are responsible for shipping their products directly to consumers, using partner logistics services, such as CTT.
- Invoicing the customer directly: Each seller must issue invoices directly to customers, according to the purchases made on the platform.
- Guaranteeing quality service: Excellent customer service and customer satisfaction are fundamental. Sellers are expected to meet deadlines and guarantee quality products.
- Prioritizing the customer: Always putting the customer first, with personalized service and attention to their needs.
- Developing a long-term partnership: By joining the Marketplace, sellers become part of a community that values and promotes local commerce, with the goal of creating a sustainable and mutually beneficial relationship.

Subscription is free for the duration of the “Bairros Digitais” (“Digital Neighborhoods”) program. We do not charge commissions on sales.
You can sell a wide variety of products, from crafts to food, as long as you comply with Marketplace guidelines and applicable law.
As a seller, you have up to 24 hours to accept or reject an order after payment.
The seller is responsible for shipping the orders. We use CTT Express Mail as our only shipping method.
The only shipping method is CTT Express Mail. The delivery cost depends on whether you choose standard delivery or 24-hour delivery. The weight limit for shipments is 10 kg.
Customers can pay using Visa or MasterCard and Multibanco. The platform is responsible for managing the payment.
Yes, the price shown on the product page already includes all applicable taxes and fees. Shipping costs are not included in the price.
Customers can clarify doubts about products through the “Ask the seller” feature, available on the product page.
Consumers are responsible for the return shipping costs for products that are not non-compliant. Please refer to the return policy on your seller page.
The warranty for Marketplace products is the responsibility of the sellers, who must comply with Portuguese law.
Sellers are required to guarantee what is stipulated by law for each type of product.
The refund is processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, after the seller confirms receipt of the returned product.
